ResponderXR is a VR based training and simulation platform that allows instructors to run students through real-world scenarios to get meaningful ‘reps’ before they hit the field. It makes scenario training cheaper, easier, more convenient, and provides better data to improve both student and instructor performance. As founder I led all both product development and all day to day business operations.
